English Major Junior Fall Form

This form is a tool to help you confirm which requirements you have not fulfilled so that during enrollment you know the courses you choose will satisfy the major.

Fill out this form in communication with your major advisor. When submitted, your form will be sent to your advisor for approval, but it will be helpful to have their assistance.

Include any courses which you have completed or in which you are currently enrolled. Then, fill in which courses you will take to complete your remaining major requirements. We encourage you to indicate specific courses where possible, although you may change your mind or a course may not be offered when you need it. If you cannot provide a course number, write N/A in the “Course # and title” field and simply indicate which requirements you need the course to qualify for.

2 4000-level+ courses
3 courses form a concentration

*No more than 12 credits/3 courses may originate from outside the department, and no more than 16 credits per year, or 8 credits per semester, of non-Cornell or Study Abroad credit may be applied to the major
