"To Antigone, a Dispatch": poem by Prof. Valzhyna Mort featured in "The New Yorker"

Valzhyna Mort was born in Minsk, Belarus. Her new poetry collection, Music for the Dead and Resurrected, will be released in November, 2020. She is also the author of Factory of Tears and Collected Body. Mort has received the Lannan Foundation Literary Fellowship, the Bess Hokin Prize from Poetry Magazine, and the Burda Prize for Eastern European authors.
